Founded in an island named “El Baviri” in 1989 by Lic. Felizardo Romo Zuñiga, in that time the place was named “Playa Las Animas” it means “The Souls Beach”. This place was renamed by locals to “Playa El Maviri”, this is who this history begins.

Ours first activities were the sale of fish specially prepared in “Zarandeado” style in a small palapa that in those times, was one of the main strengths of this company.

Our founder the Lic. Felizardo Romo gets involved every time but, in the growth of the infrastructure, as well as the invention of new recipes, with which we occurred to know, like the pioneers of the “Zarandeado” fish.

With it, he brought like consequence the leadership in the elaboration this special recipe fish and diverse recipes thus obtaining to satisfy palates from all over the world.

At the moment, our company has been fortified and prepared to face new projects and to continue endorsing its clients with service, products of the best quality, endorsed with the solidity that 18 years grants to us.
